By registering for or using Spedixo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may use Spedixo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• You must not use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• You must not use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at privacy@spedixo.com
• Each tenant account is isolated — you may not access other tenants' data

4. Service Limitations

• Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Plan limits (users, vehicles, packages/month) apply per your subscription tier
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Spedixo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Spedixo, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Spedixo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spedixo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spedixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
